From leading company-wide rebrands to directing large-scale creative campaigns and conferences, I align big-picture strategy with sharp, scroll-stopping visuals.

I live in New Hampshire with my husband and our three kitties, Squeaky, Stefka, and Sadie. When I’m not at my computer, I’m likely painting a wall in our fixer-upper, stitching a quilt, or reading my Kindle (currently: The Will of the Many).

New York, NY (Remote), April 2025 – Present
Led end-to-end creative strategy for Mediavine’s 2025 rebrand, redefining visual identity, tone, and cross-channel execution for a global publisher and ad tech audience.
Translated abstract brand values into actionable creative direction, elevating brand perception and aligning internal teams around a bold, human-centered narrative.
Led creative direction for MVCon 2025, Mediavine’s flagship conference for 500+ professional creators, developing the full visual identity, signage, environmental design, and cross-channel marketing for the exclusive three-day event in Boston.
Managed and mentored a team of designers, improving creative output, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction through clear feedback systems and scalable workflows.

November 2023 – April 2025
Served as Interim Manager of the Design Department during the Digital Design Manager’s parental leave, overseeing task delegation, project timelines, and team operations. Represented the team in cross-department meetings, ensuring alignment across creative efforts, maintaining brand consistency, leading major initiatives (including a company visual rebrand and Journey Affiliate Program marketing), and managing relationships with external collaborators.
Managed the event branding of Mediavine at Tastemaker 2024 in Chicago, including project mapping, concept ideation, marketing asset creation, product design, interior design, experiential and cross-channel marketing.
Developed process for video production projects that allows for comprehensive feedback from stakeholders, regular status updates for the whole team, and much higher efficiency.
Mentored designers and established processes for encouraging creative growth, including introducing weekly Design Retrospectives, offering continuing education seminars on graphic design tools, and assigning projects based on areas of interest.

Designed full brand identity for ad tech products, Grow and Journey.
Drove a remarkable 296% increase in organic net social media audience growth in 2022 through strategy and design of social media graphics for a 61K-strong follower base across brand channels.
Conceptualized, designed, and animated all motion graphics for Mediavine University online courses and education marketing initiatives, which received the 2022 Google Transformation Award.
